i used this hamster boarding service called Hamster Lodging back in August, quite satisfied with their service.
2-way transport was provided, but the fees are not cheap - $5/night/hamster, plus you need to give a deposit of $50/hamster (refundable if not utilized, mine was refunded in full with receipts).
but they provided me daily updates and informed me if there's anything unusual about my hammies.
my hamsters came back in good condition and weren't scared of me touching them after more than a week (:

I sent my hamster "Buddy" to Hamsters' Lodging while away on holiday. They whatsapp me a picture of him everyday to keep me updated. The cost is reasonable, and included the transport of my hamster and the cage to and fro. I would highly recommend their service.
