Fees & Charges

Basic Package
Promotion rate of S$5/night for 1st 10 customers!
1) Boarding service for hamster inclusive of 2-way transport within main island of Singapore
2) Change of water on daily basis
3) Fresh fruit/vegetable on daily basis
4) Daily interaction with hamster on 1-to-1 basis - exercise ball, tunnels etc 
5) Photo update on daily basis

Add-ons (optional)
1) Washing of cage with diluted white vinegar solution - S$3/wash
2) Supply of hamster food (mixture of Harry Hamster Food & Vitakraft Life/Emotion series) - S$0.40/day

List of Items to be Provided by Owner
1) Hamster cage (to minimise disruptions to the hamster)
2) Supply of hamster food for the duration of the stay (may be provided upon request - see Add-ons)
3) Toilet sand (if duration of stay is more than 7 days) (may be provided upon request - see Add-ons)
4) Bedding (if duration of stay is more than 7 days) (may be provided upon request - see Add-ons)

Mode of payment
1) Full payment upon our collection of hamster at owner's place
2) In addition, compulsory deposit of $50/hamster is required. This is to prevent any owner from abandoning his/her hamster at Hamsters' Lodging and might also be utilised to seek medical attention in the event the hamster falls sick.
3) Any unexpected expenses will be supported with the necessary receipts (if applicable). The balance amount will be returned to the owner upon return of hamster. On a similar note, we expect full reimbursement from the owner if the deposit is insufficient to cover any expenses incurred during the stay.

Terms and Conditions
1) We will treat your hamster like our own.
2) Please be assured that all hamsters will be housed indoor within a well ventilated environment.
3) During the duration of the stay, we will ensure that there will not be any interaction between hamsters to prevent any injuries/breeding.
4) We will not be responsible for any natural death and will contact you as soon as possible.
5) We reserve the rights to reject a boarding hamster.
6) For the 2-way transport offered as part of the Basic Package, we seek your kind assistance to adhere to the agreed timing.
